This will ensure that the estate does not spend any more money than is absolutely required to achieve the maximum return on investment.
For estates that have no liquid assets available to complete renovations, our brokerage is willing to invest our own money in the project through an interest free loan. This loan is repaid out of escrow when the property sells. We will also manage the renovation project and sell the property for the estate. Best of all, we will offer these services for a commission that is at or below market rates!
